Orders on items that we have in stock will be dispatched within 1-3‭ ‬working days‭. ‬Made to order items we aim to dispatch within‭ ‬ten days‭. ‬On made to order items delays might occur during busy times or holidays‭. ‬If for any reason a delay occurs we will contact you directly using your provided email address‭.‬

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch‭. ‬We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather conditions‭,‬‭ ‬remote delivery locations‭, ‬sale periods or holidays‭.‬

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for customs and duty fees in any destination outside Norway‭. ‬For customers outside Norway, all shown prices exclude VAT. We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not provide a refund under these circumstances‭.‬

Within Norway the prices shown include 25% VAT.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct‭, ‬as we are unable to redirect‭.‬

Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched‭, ‬we will provide with an email containing the tracking number‭.‬

RETURN POLICY

 

You may exchange or return an item sold by tarinii.Com within 10‭ ‬days of delivery‭. ‬Please note that the product must be returned‭ ‬unused and in the same condition it was received‭, ‬in original packaging and including all tags‭. ‬We reserve the right to refuse‭ ‬any return that does not comply with these conditions‭.‬

Please be aware that we produce in limited quantities therefore exchanges may not always be guaranteed‭. ‬We strongly encourage that you contact us by emailing tarinii@tarinii.com before making a decision‭. ‬

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund‭. ‬Customs and duties costs‭, ‬as well as the cost of original shipping will not be refunded‭.‬

In case of a faulty or damaged item please notify us as soon as possible‭. ‬Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are‭ ‬not considered faulty‭. ‬We may request that you provide us with images of the faulty item prior to authorising the return‭. ‬We will offer an exchange or repair if possible‭. ‬If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged we offer a full refund‭. ‬And we will arrange for return of the faulty item‭.‬

In the event of a return please email us to tarinii@tarinii.com with you order number and name of the item‭, ‬as well as reason for the return‭. ‬We will provide you with a return form and a shipping label‭. ‬

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item in order to determine if a refund or exchange is possible‭. ‬Once the inspection‭ ‬is completed the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10‭ ‬working days‭. ‬This is also subject to your banks processing time‭. ‬
