Norway – free shipping
EU – 20 € (3-7 working days)
U.S.A – 25 € (5-9 working days)
Rest of the world – 25 € (5-9 working days)
Orders on items that we have in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Made to order items we aim to dispatch within ten days. On made to order items delays might occur during busy times or holidays. If for any reason a delay occurs we will contact you directly using your provided email address.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather conditions, remote delivery locations, sale periods or holidays.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for customs and duty fees in any destination outside Norway. For customers outside Norway, all shown prices exclude VAT. We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not provide a refund under these circumstances.
Within Norway the prices shown include 25% VAT.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Once the order has been dispatched, we will provide with an email containing the tracking number.

You may exchange or return an item sold by tarinii.Com within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in the same condition it was received, in original packaging and including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Please be aware that we produce in limited quantities therefore exchanges may not always be guaranteed. We strongly encourage that you contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before making a decision.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.
In case of a faulty or damaged item please notify us as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered faulty. We may request that you provide us with images of the faulty item prior to authorising the return. We will offer an exchange or repair if possible. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged we offer a full refund. And we will arrange for return of the faulty item.
In the event of a return please email us to email@example.com with you order number and name of the item, as well as reason for the return. We will provide you with a return form and a shipping label.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned item in order to determine if a refund or exchange is possible. Once the inspection is completed the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. This is also subject to your banks processing time.
