Natural hematite necklace with phantom agate, finished with sterling silver
Hexagon-shaped natural hematite beads, polished to a high shine and coated in titanium, so they keep their silver colour. A long tube-shaped phantom agate sits between two small sterling silver beads. Hematite is an iron oxide, the same mineral that gives red earth its colour, and it is surprisingly heavy for its size, so the necklace has a satisfying weight when worn. The phantom agate is translucent, with ghost-like shapes floating inside. Finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp.

- Stones: natural hematite with a titanium coating (Mohs hardness about 5.5 to 6.5) and one long tube-shaped phantom agate bead (Mohs hardness about 6.5 to 7)

To care for your piece: store in a dry jewellery box. Use a silver cloth regularly to prevent tarnish. Don’t wear in the shower, while exercising, or while sleeping.
