Black gemstone necklace with cherry blossom agate, rainbow obsidian, rutilated quartz and onyx
A dark mix of four stones. Black cherry blossom agate, with pale flower-like patterns drifting through the black. Rainbow obsidian, volcanic glass formed when lava cools too quickly for crystals to grow, with a sheen of colour that moves as the light changes. Natural black and blue rutilated quartz from Madagascar, untreated, clear stone threaded with fine needle-like inclusions that formed inside the crystal as it grew. And one onyx rondelle bead. Strung on wire and finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
Every stone has its own pattern, so every necklace comes out slightly different. Hand strung in our studio in Oslo.

To care for your piece: store in a dry jewellery box. Use a silver cloth regularly to prevent tarnish. Don’t wear in the shower, while exercising, or while sleeping.
