Where are Tarinii pieces made?

Every piece is designed and made by Tarinii Martinsen in her Oslo studio.

What is the jewellery made of?

The necklaces and bracelets are made with natural gemstone beads and sterling silver clasps, and some are hand knotted on silk thread. Each stone is unique, so no two pieces are exactly alike. The stones, closure and length of every piece are listed on its product page.

What is the clothing made from?

Jackets, knitwear and trousers are made from deadstock and organic fabrics, in small runs.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock pieces ship in 1-3 working days. Made-to-order pieces are made in small runs in the Oslo studio, so they take longer to ship.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in Norway. For other countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all tags. Email tarinii@tarinii.com with your order number, the name of the item and the reason for the return, and you will get a return form and a shipping label. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, and customs, duties and the original shipping cost are not refunded.

What if my piece arrives faulty or damaged?

Let us know as soon as possible at tarinii@tarinii.com. We may ask for photos of the item. We offer an exchange or a repair if possible, and if neither is possible, a full refund, and we arrange the return of the faulty item.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Store it in a dry jewellery box and use a silver cloth regularly to prevent tarnish. Don't wear it in the shower, while exercising or while sleeping.
